Shades by Marissa , Goa - Review & Rating

I have a very different review for Shades by Marissa. She completely ruined my wedding day experience, delayed me for mass by showing up late, ruined my hair by overspraying my bangs and after she left, a bag of hair products was missing from my hotel room. Her assistant someone called Bibiana is the most pathetic hair artist you will find. She emptied a whole can of spray on my locks..leaving my hair stiff and flat.To top it off, Marissa is arrogant as hell, goes missing before your big day, is unreachable, didn't bother to give me a hairtstyle trial and was never available for make up trial until one day before the wedding. Is very unpunctual and unpredictable. Despite my hotel being five minutes from her place, she kept me waiting both for my trial and on my wedding day too! She came an hour and a half late on my wedding day and delayed me for my nuptials. She said she had "other orders too." The most unprofessional and unethical vendor I have ever come across both in my life and my career as a designer.
