Motwani Tours & Travels, Mumbai - Review & Rating

I had hired 1 Audi Q7, 6 Innovas and 1 bus from this particular tours and travellers for my wedding on 15th April - I believe this is a substantial amount of business.
Paying an advance form an online transfer I had confirmed the cars 2 months prior to the event.
The action begins on the day of the event.
Even after specifically mentioning that the remainder of the amount will be handed over on the event day - the human greed started stepping in. Furthermore, since it was my wedding, I had given another contact number to who would be dealing with the transportation for the day.
Throughout the evening, of my wedding day (even when i was about to do the wedding first dance), I was receiving numerous calls of the cash to be handed out to the driver. As I mentioned earlier, a genuine human greed stepped in !!!
I ended up blocking the contact on my phone and also silenting the person on my whatsapp to have a peaceful evening.
Not to forget - I handed out the cash balance payment to the driver.
It is obvious that this person doesn't care anything about customer satisfaction and doesn't understand the meaning of "flexibility" when a customer is spending about INR 50K on a day for a tired looking bus and a few cars.....

I GENUINELY DONOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THIS AND GO THROUGH THE TURMOIL I HAD BEEN THROUGH......

Had a beautiful service from Motwani Travels. The transaction was smooth and the car was as expected and beautifully decorated. The chauffeur was polite and very cooperative. Thanks Mohit. Will certainly recommend and hire from you in future.

The driver was quite disrespectful and completely unprofessional in his demeanor after it was brought to his notice that the vehicle for which I paid Rs 8500/- for all of 3 hours and more importantly for a family wedding, was in deplorable condition. Wheels were scratched, passenger side rear door would not unlock, front passenger seat power buttons wouldn't work.
A very embarrassing situation on the worst day possible.

After speaking to the Mr Mohit at Motwani travels all he could come up with was 'such things happen' and that he could reduce the amount by 1000. Such lack of care for a very special occasion for the client tells me these guys should be put out of business. They have no right to make a mockery of people and earn money while doing it.

Prices are affordable & reasonable. Good car with uniform driver. Complimentary mineral water bottles & newspaper. In short, enjoyed the ride.
