Clay Mark Productions, Delhi - Review & Rating

Mr. Junaid was the person who was the marketing guy in claymark. He was the one who showed us some probably fake work which convinced us to go for them for my wedding photo n video shoot. He is a cunning person. All the promises, commitments made were proved to be false at the actual time. They had a team of highly unprofessional guys.
Mr.Faheem Azmi was the so called director . They don't know how to do their work. Lets talk about facts.
1. These guys were not on time on single day of event ( we booked them for 4events )
2. No one was in claimed dresscode as we were told.
3. Photographers were not properly equipped for doing their job.
4. They only took random clicks, mostly candid.
5. Important part of ceremonies were not covered.
6. They were not aware of their job, we had to keep on reminding them to do things like cover photo of this n that
7. No single venue decor was covered in wedding
8. MOST IMPORTANT : Thet told us that the main camera folder is lost and hence they only provided random photos ( that too after multiple calls and months n months of follow up)
Choosing Clay mark was the biggest mistake.
It has ruined my day n memories for life. I'll never recommend these guys.

they are doing fake promises and they never deliver services on time. they take around 1 year to give delivery. they show good content at the time of booking.
please dont take service ever.

Promises made..description of work at the time of booking was way too different than the time of showing the skills.!
Faced high level of negligent attitude during photography in all the events of wedding time ..missed many important captures of wedding and other ceremonies..only candid shots were made...lost the photography content of main camera..and add-on to that not delivering the video content on continuous asking. All expectations of getting all the memories of wedding times got in vain after seeing the unprofessional..carelessness..negligent..casual behaviour with the client. Over and above all..people are not responding to calls and messages....pathetic!!!!

Fuck Service...Please don't take service . i am fed up to follow up about album from last 6 month and still i did't get my album. they don't understand about client service. they have taken all the money before service and after that they have not completed any work which they were promise before marriage. they didn't pic the call and every time they said that album is complete please come and take it and when i come to take album then they give me new excuse every time and said album is not completed. i am telling you please don't take service ever.

When I hired their services I was not sure if they will ever meet my expectations but they proved me wrong.
The team came on time , worked professionally, covered all the events and above all genuine rates.

Worst service ever experienced in my life. Totally unprofessional and do not care about other people timings and importance of their event. Pathetic attitude and behavior towards customers events. False promises. Unworthy of trust. My marriage function already spoiled by these morons.

I had my engagement few days back, where the location was South Delhi, I met with one of the photographer consultant 3 days prior of my engagement , previously I thought if they would be able to deliver a good product or not but his question was quickly solved once I saw the sample photos and videos of their work. This influenced me a lot and I went to meet them. There they welcomed us and explained everything, how they work and what equipments they use. This created a enthusiasm in me. I booked them in one go.
Finally, the day arrived where my ceremony gonna took place, they followed me till the parlor and helped me to make a love video, which followed till the venue and then they took awesome candid pictures, even they made traditional videos, and with a great perfection they ended the love video.
These people from Clark are very hardworking, resonable with perfection in work. They make you comfortable and remove the camera fear,and shyness goes off.
Hats off to there Work. Thank you so much for making my day memorable .

Where to start i mean.....this claymarks production impressed me n my fiance alot that we were bound to book them for our wedding day aswell....tremendous job you guys have done...all vipin arnab gopal ravinder junaid and offcourse afeem urf faheem u deserve a big uplause and i would love to give you 10 star.....for me...u the best production team....hip hip hurraycheers!!!you all did a fantastic job specially a video part...so different and i have never seen till date such a innovative!!!! We din feel like we met for the first time....so funloving and humble team.,we enjoyed alotkeep shining and growing

Clay Mark has a very professional team. They make you so comfortable that you don't actually hasitate in posing in front of strangers)crowd. Their dedication towards their assignment is commendable. Best of luck to the team for their future endeavors.

It was best experience having my Pre-wedding photo shoot with ClayMarks .The team is very cooperative and during the shoot it felt like a Friend circle though we have met them for them first time

Sometimes you meet some people who give you an instant connection and its very easy to work with them, their effort shows that they want to give you more than what you expect and they understand the importance of your big day .
